A Nanny Caregiver Conxion, an established company with 35 years of experience, invites you to consider an in home caregiver who has been a Eurpoean tradition for centuries. The Children's Nanny is now established in Canada. A Caregiver for Senior and Special Needs is developing.

We believe a successful placement begins with our careful screening of both applicant and intended employer. With thorough attention to detail and responsiveness to your needs, we work with you selecting the right caregiver.

Each file includes a detailed application, education history with copies of relevant degrees or diplomas earned, employment history, personal essay describing interest, background and family, current and future plans, and a photo.

Should you discover compatibility problems, you can contact a staff member immediately to assist with the adjustment and conflict. We are usually able to assist our client and/or their caregiver achieves a greater level of understanding and acceptance. Should it be found an alternate caregiver would be more suitable, the current caregiver frequently stays until her replacement arrives.
